Track your CHERIVA order

Open the shipping confirmation email for your order, then select its tracking link. That link leads to your carrier's latest tracking information once your parcel has shipped.

If you cannot find the email or the tracking link is not working, please contact our support team with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Processing and delivery times can vary. Tracking is available after the carrier accepts your parcel.
